Prices quoted in AED. 20% of total bill security deposit is required.
All guests must present a valid Emirates ID or passport
before boarding.
Guests must arrive 15–30 minutes before departure.
Charter time starts as scheduled. No compensation for late
arrivals.
All guests must follow crew instructions at all times.
Life jackets and safety equipment provided onboard.
Trip may be terminated without refund for dangerous
behaviour, UAE law violations, or damage to the vessel.
Alcohol permitted in accordance with UAE laws only.
Illegal substances strictly prohibited. Smoking in designated
areas only.
Client is responsible for all damage caused by guests.
Company not liable for loss of personal belongings or injuries
due to failure to follow safety instructions.
Company may reschedule due to unsafe weather.
Rescheduling will be offered.
Routes subject to captain approval. Extensions charged
additionally.
Sea Bob use is complimentary — no rental fee applies.
A refundable security deposit of AED 1,500 per Sea Bob is
required before use.
Deposit is returned in full upon safe return of the equipment.
Company not liable for delays or cancellations caused by
government restrictions, weather, mechanical issues, war
scenarios, or other unforeseen events.
More than 72 hours before charter → 50% refund.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling offered for technical issues, weather, or safety
concerns.
Refunds processed within 7–14 business days. Bank fees
may be deducted.
Date/time changes must be requested at least 48 hours in
advance.
No refund for trips ended early due to client behaviour.
No compensation for late arrivals or voluntary early
departure.
Bookings during public holidays or peak seasons may be
non-refundable.
Catering, decorations, DJ services, and water sports are non-refundable once confirmed.
